SHAFAQNA (Shia News Association) — According to reports, Shiite association of Shabab ul Momineen’s member Dr. Mohammed Ali was shot dead by members of the banned extremist political organisation SSP.
The doctor Mohammed Ali s/o Qudrat ullah Khan was shot infront of his Clinic (People’s Dispensary Chakwara) in Kharadar, Karachi. The 62 year old’s body has been shifted to the Civil Hospital for postmortem. According to the Doctor’s report, the cause of death was a single gunshot wound to Ali’s head.
The last update we received claimed Ali’s body has been moved from the hospital to Fatimyah Funeral home and a large crowd of Shiites has started to gather.
For the past decade, Shiite doctors and lawyers have especially been targeted in Karachi and almost all other areas of Pakistan in what can only be seen as an attempt to weaken the future of Shiites by eradicating the intellectuals.
