SHAFAQNA (Shia International News Association) — Women affair office of the World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought condemned the ethnic cleansing of minority Muslims in Myanmar.
According to Taqrib News Agency, the office in a statement lambasted human rights organizations and international foundation which in similar situations interfere expeditiously and outspokenly but now are silent about the Myanmar genocide.
“The silence of western media reveals that what is happening in Myanmar is one of the malignant plots hatched by the world arrogants which is accomplished by Buddhists in this region,” the statement read.
Women affair office of the World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought also called on all Muslims, nations, Governments and organizations to interfere promptly in efforts to bring an end to ethnic cleansing of minority Muslims in Myanmar. —www.shafaqna.com/english
