Iranian FM denies Al-Arabiya claims of assassinating diplomat in damascus

SHAFAQNA (Shia International News Association) — Iranian foreign ministry denied Wednesday Morning the information posted on Al-Arabiya website about the assassination of an Iranian diplomat working for his country’s embassy to Damascus.

Despite the denials, “Al-Arabiya net” website kept the news among its first headlines.

The website reported however, what it called “the Free Syrian Army battalion Omer Farouq” has carried out the alleged assassination next to a restaurant in the neighborhood of Kfarsoosa, in the Syrian capital of Damascus.—www.shafaqna.com/english
