SHAFAQNA (Shia News Association) — “The anniversary of Imam Mahdi’s birth day is a good opportunity for Muslims to know their Imam better and deal with issues related to him,” said the Islamic Jurisprudent, Ayatollah Naser Makarem Shirazi.
The grand Ayatollah sent a message to the participant of Mahdism Doctrine conference held on the Occasion of Imam Mahdi’s birthday anniversary.
Ayatollah Makarem Shirazi in the message pointed to one of the most conspicuous differences between Muslims and Materialists and said, “Materialists see the end of the world very dark and scary.”
“They anticipate that one day all countries will fight for plundering each other’s resources,” the grand Ayatollah mentioned.
The senior cleric went on, “At first they use weapons and are likely to resort to non-conventional weapons.”
“From their perspectives, after using the weapons, everybody dies and those who survive will wrestle with the post-war affects and live in agony,” the ayatollah added.
Qom seminary instructor underscored, “but we believers see the future of the world so promising.”
However, the cleric concluded, “Muslims and other divine religions’ followers see the future of the world full of justice and peace.”— www.shafaqna.com/english/
