Saudi Arabia Warns Citizens against Lebanon Travel

SHAFAQNA (Shia News Association)Saudi Arabia warned on Monday its citizens to avoid travel to Lebanon during this period of time.

"Due to instability in Lebanon, the foreign ministry warns Saudi citizens from travelling to Lebanon for their safety and that of their families during this period and until further notice," the state news agency, SPA, quoted foreign ministry as saying.

Last January, Riyadh issued a statement in which it “advised” its citizens to avoid travel to Lebanon.

In May, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait issued similar warnings to their citizens.
