SHAFAQNA (Shia International News Association) - King Hamad Alkhalif paid a visit today to BDF General Command headquarters where he was delivered speech threatening SH.Ali Salman ( Alwefaq GS ) not to exceed the level of freedom of speech in the country as he alleged. SH. Ali criticized the army and their Commander-in-Chief Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa the one who is responsible for all the killing, demolishing Shia mosques , Shia Matams and all crimes during emergency law in march 2011 , backed by occupier Saudi troops .
King Hamad order a legal action against Sh.Ali Salman , his speech was :
It gives us great pleasure to meet with you today to express our appreciation and pride in the Bahrain Defence Force and its loyal and valiant staff who were and will always be the strong shield that protects our beloved nation and safeguards its achievements. I also wanted to brief you on some of the latest developments in the country.
We have these days heard about voices and tribunes fueling hatred and abusing freedom of expression. The matter has worsened to include disrespecting the Bahrain Defence Force and there is no doubt that it is our duty to ensure that this is not repeated.Our armed forces are the protectors of the nation’s achievements and everybody must know that whoever disrespects the forces or its leaders is in fact abusing us.
We cannot tolerate any irreverence of our beliefs, social values and armed forces in the name of freedom of expression.All competent executive agencies have to take the necessary measures to address these violations in accordance with the law.We are also confident that the people of Bahrain are able to address all issues thanks to their patriotism and to the spirit of the reforms within a positive, purely patriotic and constructive dialogue that seeks Bahraini solutions, and not foreign ones.
We do hope that everybody will think of Bahrain’s interests and will keep the domestic issues away from international conflicts in which we play no part.It is our duty to prepare ourselves and our beloved Bahrain for the forthcoming phase of Arab Gulf union.It is the way forward towards further well-being and prosperity.
