SHAFAQNA (Shia News Association) – Shia religious figure defined the uprising of the 99pc in the west to be an outcome of the segregation in the capitalist system and unjust distribution of wealth in society.
Grand Ayatollah Hussein Noori Hamedani, Shia top jurisprudent and professor at Qom Seminary met with the university professors and students in Qom University criticized liberalism and communism systems of the west for marginalizing Islam.
He underscored the aim of Muslim world is to apply the international objectives of Islam across the world and said "Certainly the main step in achieving this end is to bring a great change in humanities."
“We are after uprooting the ruined origins of Zionism, capitalism and communism in the world,” said the cleric and referred to political motivations behind the awakening in the Muslim world and economic issues behind the movements in the western countries.
According to this grand jurisprudent the 99 pc uprising in the west is due to the segregation of the capitalist system and unjust distribution of the wealth and that the solution to the issue is following an Islamic system both in political and economic aspects.
Based on the Shia scholar, at the beginning, Islam had the biggest cultural and scientific centers but after the Crusade, Muslims were secluded and dominated by the other party.
